- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and manufacturing sectors.
- Generate leads through market research.
- Meet procurement, maintenance, production, and plant management teams to understand customer needs.
- Present products, prepare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates regularly.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
