We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Business Executive to promote pharmaceutical products, generate prescriptions, and drive sales growth within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in General Therapy pharmaceutical sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a strong understanding of doctor engagement and prescription generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions through regular doctor visits and scientific product detailing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Ensure product availability and market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Submit Daily Call Reports (DCRs) and sales reports on time.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Organize CMEs, doctor meetings, and promotional events.
- Follow company policies and ethical pharmaceutical selling practices.
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm or B.Sc. (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1–2 years of continuous experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- General Therapy experience is mandatory.
- Maximum age: 30 years.
