Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Primary Teacher (PRT) for Computer Science to educate and inspire young learners. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic computer concepts, programming, and digital literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Computer Science to primary school students as per the CBSE Curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities to make learning interactive.
- Introduce students to basic programming, MS Office tools, internet safety, and digital literacy.
- Encourage creativity and logical thinking through coding exercises and projects.
- Conduct assessments and track students' progress.
- Integrate technology into other subjects to enhance learning.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Stay updated with new educational technologies and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in school events, workshops, and training programs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.Ed. (preferred) with a degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA / MCA or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-3 years of teaching experience in a school (Freshers with strong skills may apply).
- Proficiency in basic coding (Scratch, Python for kids, etc.) and educational technology tools.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young children and making learning fun.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AI-based learning tools and gamified teaching methods.
- Experience with smart classrooms and interactive whiteboards.
- Ability to create educational content using digital tools.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
