Job Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Web Developer who can take ownership of web development across frontend, backend, databases, and integrations — while using AI and other efficiency tools to accelerate delivery and reduce development overhead.
This is not a conventional coding role. We want a developer who combines engineering skill, reasoning ability, mathematical thinking, and aesthetic judgment to solve problems intelligently and build scalable, high-quality web systems.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in our primary stack while remaining open to learning and adapting to new technologies as organizational needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve full stack web applications
- Build responsive and high-quality frontend interfaces
- Develop backend logic, APIs, and server-side systems
- Design and manage database structures and SQL queries
- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and automation tools
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, AI agents, debugging tools, automation systems) to improve productivity and code quality
- Solve technical problems using strong reasoning and structured thinking
- Translate product and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Take ownership of development execution and reduce technical overhead within the organization Primary Tech Stack
Strong working knowledge of:
- React
- Next.js
- PHP
- Python
- MySQL / SQL Databases
