Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for commercial interior fit-out projects, including offices, retail stores, hospitals, banks, and other commercial spaces. The role involves quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, material costing, and preparing competitive quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs for interior fit-out works.
- Obtain quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Analyze project costs and recommend cost-saving alternatives.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams.
- Maintain updated material rates and supplier databases.
- Support billing, variation orders, and project cost tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, BOQs, and commercial costing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
