Job Summary Are you a highly organized multitasker who loves interacting with people? We are seeking a full-time Admissions & Administrative Coordinator to manage our front-office operations and drive student enrollment. In this dual role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective parents—guiding them through our school philosophy and enrollment process—while simultaneously ensuring that daily school administration runs flawlessly. Key Responsibilities 1. Admissions & Parent Relations (50%) Warmly handle all walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online admission leads. Counsel prospective parents regarding curriculum, school culture, activities, and fee structures. Conduct engaging campus tours, showcasing our open, well-developed infrastructure and active learning spaces. Manage the end-to-end enrollment funnel, including application forms, document verification, and admission data entry. 2. School Office Administration (50%) Oversee daily front-office operations, managing incoming calls, emails, and official correspondence. Maintain meticulous, confidential digital and physical records for students and staff using school ERP software. Provide logistical and administrative support for school events, orientations, and parent-teacher meetings. Track and manage inventory for school supplies, uniforms, and office materials. Assist the school leadership team with daily administrative tasks and compliance documentation. Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (Any stream; Business, Communications, or Commerce preferred). Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in school administration, front office management, or educational counseling/admissions. Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a strong advantage. Tech Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort using School ERP systems or CRMs. Key Traits: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional dress code, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a warm, empathetic attitude toward parents and children.
