Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Order Processing Executive to manage end-to-end order processing for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will ensure timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless coordination with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily e-commerce orders received from various online marketplaces and the brand website.
Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
Ensure orders are shipped within the defined SLA timelines.
Monitor order status and update shipment details on e-commerce portals.
Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and shipment tracking.
Handle order cancellations, returns (RTO), exchanges, and refunds as per company policy.

Prepare daily order processing, dispatch, and inventory reports.
Work closely with customer support to resolve order-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce order processing and warehouse operations.
Familiarity with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, etc.
Basic understanding of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce order processing.
Experience in the retail, apparel, or e-commerce industry is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Unicommerce software & ERP software.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
