- Lobby & Front Desk Management: Overseeing reception duties, maintaining visitor logs, and creating a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Client Coordination: Welcoming walk-in guests, logging inquiries, and assigning site personnel or sales managers to attend to them immediately.
- Sales & CRM Support: Capturing prospect details, scheduling follow-ups, and updating central property management or CRM systems.
