We are looking for motivated and result-driven individuals to join our real estate firm as Real Estate Sales Associates. This role is ideal for freelancers, brokers, and sales professionals who want to earn high income based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for buying, selling, and renting properties
- Handle client inquiries and conduct property site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close real estate deals
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and documentation teams
- Stay updated with local property market trends
- Eligibility / Requirements:Experience in real estate or sales is preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of local property market is a plus
- Own vehicle / local travel ability preferred
- Compensation:100% Commission-Based (No Fixed Salary)
