ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect to lead the architectural transformation of our flagship SELO ERP platform and drive the design of our next-generation Microservices framework. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in enterprise architecture, .NET Core, and cloud-native technologies. You will work directly with clients including government IT teams, define engineering standards, and mentor a skilled development team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement a scalable, cloud-native Microservices framework from the ground up
- Lead the end-to-end modernization of the SELO ERP system — from architecture planning to delivery
- Drive the decomposition of legacy monolithic applications into independently deployable Microservices
- Define and enforce coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices across engineering teams
- Conduct thorough reviews of application architecture, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement areas
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on mentoring to the development team
- Collaborate closely with the Government IT Team and other client stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
- Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, tools, and third-party integrations
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at enterprise scale
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Web Application Development
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Architect role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale enterprise systems
- Hands-on experience modernizing monolithic ERP or enterprise applications

- Oracle Database — schema design, query optimization, PL/SQL
- Messaging systems (RabbitMQ / Kafka) for event-driven architecture
Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
