Job Details
- Role: Senior AI Engineer
- Experience: 7+ Years in Software Development (with hands-on AI/ML & LLM enterprise solution experience)
- Location: Hyderabad, India
Key Responsibilities
- Build Advanced AI Systems: Design enterprise-grade AI applications, advanced RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows using LLMs.
- Backend & Integrations: Develop robust REST APIs, microservices, and secure enterprise integration services.
- Agentic Workflows: Implement tool-use/connector patterns (e.g., MCP - Model Context Protocol) and multi-model orchestration.
- Cloud & DevOps: Build secure, cloud-native applications (AWS/Azure/GCP) and manage automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab).
- AI Observability & Security: Instrument structured logging, cost monitoring, output quality tracing, and enterprise-grade authentication/authorization.
Key Requirements & Skill SetMust-Have Skills:
- AI & Generative AI: Deep experience with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and AI-assisted dev tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Backend: Modern backend frameworks (Python, Java, Node.js, etc.), REST APIs, Microservices, and Enterprise Integrations.
- Cloud & Security: AWS/Azure/GCP, AuthN/AuthZ, Secrets Management, and Cloud-Native Architecture.
- DevOps & CI/CD: GitLab CI/CD, automated build, test, and deployment pipelines.
- AI Observability: Tracing, instrumentation, cost & performance monitoring, and quality evaluation.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- High-throughput distributed systems & low-latency architecture.
- LLM evaluation frameworks, hallucination detection, and agent tracing.
- Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) or customer-facing consulting experience.
- Log analysis, anomaly detection, or operational intelligence solutions.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
