Job Description:
Decore is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented candidates for the role of Bath Direct Sales Associate (DSA). The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting bath products, handling dealer visits, generating leads, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealer shops and market areas regularly
- Promote bath product range and explain product features
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers
- Conduct market surveys and provide competitor feedback
- Ensure product visibility and branding activities
- Submit daily activity and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age below 25 years only
- Minimum 50% in SSLC, PUC & Graduation/Post-Graduation
- No active backlogs
- Must be interested in field sales roles
- Bike mandatory for field visits
- Candidates from Chennai / Ambattur Nagar preferred
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
- Sales and negotiation ability
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Willingness to travel locally
Salary Structure:Metro Locations:
₹30,950 + Allowances + Attractive Incentives
Non-Metro Locations:
₹29,557 + Allowances + Attractive Incentives
