Icare is looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage inventory, stock movement, and warehouse operations for IT hardware, spare parts, and accessories. The ideal candidate should have strong inventory management skills, attention to detail, and experience in maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory of IT hardware, spare parts, and consumables.
- Receive materials from vendors and verify quantity and quality.
- Prepare GRNs and maintain stock records.
- Issue materials to Sales, Service, and Project teams.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Conduct regular stock verification and physical audits.
- Maintain inventory records in ERP/Excel.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Logistics, and other internal departments.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, housekeeping, and safety of materials.
- Follow inventory policies, SOPs, and support audit activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 5–12 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
- Experience in the IT Hardware, Electronics, Networking, or System Integration industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, GRN process, and stock verification.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management software.
