Job Description – HR Payroll Executive Position: HR Payroll Executive Location: Indore Experience: Minimum 2 Years Job Type: Full-time Roles & Responsibilities: Managing monthly payroll process accurately and on time Maintaining employee attendance and leave records Handling salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements Preparing payroll reports and salary statements Ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws Coordinating with employees regarding payroll queries Managing PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances Maintaining employee database and HR records Requirements: Bachelor’s degree/MBA in HR or related field Knowledge of payroll software and MS Excel Good understanding of payroll process and HR operations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy Preferred Skills: ✔ Payroll management ✔ HR operations ✔ Attendance management ✔ Data handling and reporting ✔ Problem-solving skills
