We are looking for a qualified and responsible Safety Officer to ensure workplace safety and compliance with all safety regulations within the factory premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and implement workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and factory safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments across the factory.
- Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Organize safety training, awareness programs, and mock drills for employees..
- Coordinate with department heads to promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure proper usage of PPE and adherence to safety practices by employees.
- Liaise with government authorities and auditors regarding safety compliance when required.
Requirements
- PG qualification is Mandatory .
- Prior experience in Textile / Garments / Manufacturing industry preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
