Position: Sr. Manager-Enterprise Sales

This is a leadership role to own expansion in North India. You'll be our first dedicated sales leader in the region, responsible for building the market from the ground up. South India's BFSI ecosystem, from Bangalore's fintech boom to Chennai's insurance corridor, represents a massive growth opportunity.
- Own North India P&L , set strategy, build pipeline, and deliver revenue targets
- Drive enterprise deals end-to-end from prospecting to close with banks, NBFCs, insurers, and fintechs
- Build and maintain executive relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and business heads at target accounts
- Define GTM playbook for the region, identify high-potential segments, craft messaging, prioritize accounts
- Coordinate with central teams (Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success) to deliver client success
- Eventually build a team as the region scales, hire, coach, and develop sales talent
- Represent Tartan at regional events, conferences, and industry forums
- 8-12 years in B2B enterprise sales with at least 3 years in a leadership/regional ownership role
- Deep BFSI network in North India, existing relationships with banks, insurers, NBFCs, or fintechs
- Track record closing 1Cr+ deals with 6-12 month enterprise sales cycles
- SaaS/tech background (APIs, integrations, fintech, HRtech, or enterprise software)
- Executive presence , can command a room, negotiate with procurement, and influence Csuite
- Based in Gurgaon with willingness to travel extensively within South India
- Experience building sales teams from scratch at high-growth startups
- Technical fluency, can discuss APIs, integrations, and compliance with product team.
