We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and corporate organizations.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional events.
- Generate walk-ins through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular business reports.
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in the overseas education or immigration industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
