Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Drive residential/commercial property sales and meet monthly/quarterly goals
- Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/agents
- Set individual targets and track performance
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Handle high-value negotiations and closing deals
- Ensure excellent customer experience from inquiry to post-sale
4. Market Analysis
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and target segments
- Provide insights for new project launches and promotions
5. Marketing & Lead Generation
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotions
- Oversee lead generation activities and conversions
- Participate in property exhibitions, events, and site visits
6. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Oversee documentation, contracts, and closing processes
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
