We are a design-led, premium consumer brand operating at the intersection of craft and commerce. As we scale our sales operations, we are looking for a sharp, driven Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — and eventually build and lead a high-performing team beneath them.
This is not a passive order-taking role. We want a closer. Someone who understands buyer psychology, is fluent in modern sales tools, and can grow alongside a brand that has serious ambitions.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end sales — from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing deals across B2C and B2B channels
- Manage and maintain a structured CRM pipeline, ensuring every lead is logged, followed up, and converted efficiently
- Engage with clients via WhatsApp, DMs, calls, and email — adapting communication style to the channel and buyer
- Coordinate with design and production to align client expectations with order timelines and deliverables
- Identify and pursue bulk, corporate, and institutional buyers for large-format orders
- Analyse weekly sales data, identify drop-off points, and propose actionable improvements
- As volume grows, recruit, onboard, and mentor junior sales team members under your leadership
Good to have
- Prior experience in premium or lifestyle product sales
- Exposure to gifting, wholesale, or institutional buying
- Basic understanding of social commerce (Instagram, WhatsApp Catalogue)
- Experience building or mentoring a small sales team
- Familiarity with lead generation tools or paid acquisition
