We are a leading R&D and Product Design firm specializing in innovative engineering solutions across the Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical domains. We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with an engineering background to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen, with a passion for customer engagement and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve Targets set by reporting Manager - Individually and for the Company
- Working on and completing the tasks assigned by reporting manager
- Conduct Market research to identify new markets and customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals against customer requirements collected
- Provide trustworthy customer support
- As an account manager, build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and nurture them to convert more business opportunities.

Primary Requirements:
- B. Tech / B.E in Electronics/Electrical / Mechanical
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Operations is preferred but not mandatory for this role
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of Business Development / Sales & Marketing.
- Candidate is to be of Engineering background preferably from Electronics/ Electrical or Mechanical domain
- Should possess basic level Knowledge of Electronics/ Electrical / Mechanical systems and functioning.
- Willingness to Travel extensively
