Position: Key Account Manager

Job Description:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database and/or self-generated sources.
· Identify potential business opportunities and qualify leads based on the company's services.
· Introduce Sai BioCare Pvt. Ltd.'s services in a professional and persuasive manner.
· Generate appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
· Coordinate with the Project Department for site visits if required.
· Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
· Follow up with prospects regularly until the lead is converted into a sales opportunity.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
· Build and maintain a database of potential customers across industries.
· Prepare daily activity reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
· Convert inbound inquiries into potential sales by consistently following up and providing relevant information.
· Ensure accurate and timely entry of sales data into ERP systems to support reporting and business analysis.
· Preparation of client proposals and commercial documentation as per company standards.
· Quotation preparation through ERP.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in tele calling, telesales, lead generation, or customer support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of meetings/site visits scheduled.
- Number of leads converted to the proposal stage.
- Accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
