Job Description
Civil Project Manager will be responsible for Planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing civil engineering projects to ensure timely and efficient completion.
- Supervising project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to align execution with project plans Job Bank.
- Contributing technical expertise to project designs and drawings.
- Performing cost calculations, preparing financial projections, and managing budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Resolving issues that arise during project execution and reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Coordinating with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Required Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction and project management software.
