Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, explaining company services and products, generating leads, and closing sales over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company services, offers, and products clearly.
- Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Handle customer queries and provide proper support.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations and marketing team when required.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Previous tele sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Malayalam communication is mandatory; English/Hindi is an added advantage.
