What responsibilities will you be trusted with for the Sr. Analyst Role:
Primary responsibility to build chatbot solutions working closely with the PMs, IEs and QAs
Working with PMs to map solutions for projects that solve customer's business goals, keeping the user experience at the centre of the thought process
Managing client communications for project updates, clarification calls, daily scrum calls
In-depth knowledge about the platform and also mentor Analysts with queries related to their responsibilities and upskill them with the platform capabilities
Leading the projects end to end right from Solutioning to go live
Assisting the QA in testing the bot to debug and fixes the issues raised
What skills, expertise, and experience are we looking for?
1+yrs preferred
Understanding of APIs/backend system preferred
