We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about Talent Acquisition, Healthcare Hiring, Hospital Recruitment, Medical Staffing, Doctor Recruitment, and Nurse Recruitment. Candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hospitals, clinics, healthcare organizations, and diagnostic centres.
- Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up on interview feedback, offer roll-out, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate database.
- Meet recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate trackers.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently from home.
- Professional attitude with a positive learning mindset.
