Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of electrical systems, lifts, water supply systems, and general facility equipment. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on technical knowledge and be capable of handling day-to-day maintenance activities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
Monitor and maintain LT/HT panels, wiring systems, switches, and electrical equipment.
Operate and monitor lifts/elevators and coordinate with service providers for preventive maintenance.
Record and monitor water meter readings, water level indicators, and water consumption.
Ensure proper functioning of water pumps, motors, and plumbing-related systems.
Conduct daily inspections of facility equipment and utilities.
Respond promptly to maintenance breakdowns and emergency situations.
Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and service reports.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in lift operations and basic lift maintenance coordination.
Knowledge of water level monitoring systems, water meters, pumps, and utility management.
Basic understanding of plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance tasks.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in commercial buildings, warehouses, factories, or facility management.
Familiarity with DG sets, fire safety systems, and building maintenance operations.

Good record-keeping and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns.
*Mandatory Requirement:* Candidate must hold a valid PWD Electrical License. Applications without a valid license will not be considered.
Salary as per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
