Position Overview:
GSS Project Consultants is seeking a professional and customer-focused Tele Caller / Receptionist to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception & Front Office Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage visitor records and coordinate appointments and meetings with internal teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
2. Tele Calling & Communication
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- Follow up with prospective clients, leads, and existing customers as required.
- Maintain call logs and update customer information in company records.
3. Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist management with routine administrative tasks and documentation.
4. Customer Service & Coordination
- Provide accurate information regarding company services and projects.
- Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have
- PUC or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- 0–2 years of experience as a Tele Caller, Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Good-to-Have
- Experience handling customer interactions and front-office operations.
- Knowledge of basic office administration and documentation processes.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer databases.
