Operational Management
- Oversee daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with brand standards.
- Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures.
2. Guest Experience
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required.
3. Team Supervision
- Assist in managing and supervising departmental teams.
- Conduct regular staff briefings and ensure clear communication.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
4. Financial Oversight
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Monitor departmental expenses and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Support revenue generation strategies and upselling initiatives.
5. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate between departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Work closely with sales and reservations for smooth guest arrivals and events.
6. Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
7. Quality Control
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, public areas, and facilities.
- Ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly.
