The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations for colour coated roofing and cladding sheets, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The role includes production planning, manpower supervision, machine utilization, inventory coordination, process improvement, and maintenance coordination. The candidate should monitor productivity, reduce wastage, ensure timely dispatches, maintain production records, and collaborate with quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams to achieve operational excellence. Experience in roll forming, sheet metal processing, or similar manufacturing industries is preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
