- Flawless English speaking and writing skills a must.
- Hindi Speaking skills a must.
- Knowledge of other languages preferred (French / Spanish )

- A strong work ethic, communication skills, high levels of empathy and selling skills are paramount to this position
- To serve as the front line, on-call resource for all customers via phone, email and live chat
- Quick and thorough solving of problems for customers any time regarding deliveries, transactions and experience.
- To be ready to know our catalog and technology inside and out in order to guide the customer in finding the right products and making them aware of our delivery policies.
- Coordinating with other departments like shipping solve customer queries, return requests and other package related issues.
- Managing catalog at Marketplaces and updating panels when required.
