Designation: BIM Modeller
Experience: 6-8 years+

Salary Range: ₹80,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (CTC)
Urgent Requirement
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines using Autodesk Revit and allied software.
- Prepare BIM models at various Levels of Development (LOD 100 to LOD 500) as per project requirements.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks to identify and resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
- Generate construction drawings, schedules, sections, elevations, and details directly from the BIM model.
- Ensure all models adhere to project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), standards, and protocols.
- Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project managers for seamless coordination.
- Maintain accurate model data, families, templates, and project libraries.
- Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) and assist QS teams with model-based cost data extraction.
- Conduct quality checks and audits on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) BIM integration when required.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including BIM reports, walkthroughs, and visualisation outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Preference:
Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, building systems, and project workflows.
Experience with clash detection, coordination, and BIM execution plans.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Revit: 6 years (Preferred)
- AutoCad Revit: 6 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- BIM Certification (Preferred)
