We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller – Fresher with excellent communication skills to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and generating qualified business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Introduce Bexo.ai's services and explain them clearly and confidently.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Handle client queries professionally and escalate relevant requirements to the sales team.
- Coordinate with the Business Development/Sales team for qualified leads.
