Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Plant & Maintenance Trainees to join our team. Freshers who are interested in industrial maintenance, machinery operation, and plant upkeep are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Perform routine inspection and monitoring of machines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the plant.
- Assist in installation, repair, and servicing of mechanical equipment.
- Record maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
- Follow company safety guidelines and operating procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI, or 12th Pass.
- 0–1 year of experience in plant maintenance or manufacturing industry.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
