Developing social media campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media plans and campaigns for each product
Managing social media channels: Use tools to update content across different channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Quora and YouTube
Analyzing trends: Stay up to date with new trends and make suggestions for improvement
Establishing key performance indicators: Define metrics for social media campaigns to understand their efficacy
Engaging with customers: Respond to queries and build relationships with social media influencers
Providing market forecasts: Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to create new strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of prior experience
Significant management and leadership experience.
Extensive knowledge of a variety of current social media platforms like meta, LinkedIn and Youtube
Strong multitasking capabilities under pressure.
