We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Student Support Executive to assist students throughout their learning journey. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving concerns, maintaining CRM records, and delivering an excellent support experience while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Respond to student and customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, services, admissions, and processes.
Assist students with enrollment, documentation, and post-enrollment support.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Record and update all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
Track pending queries and ensure timely closure.
Prepare and maintain support-related reports when required.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students throughout their educational journey.
Ensure a seamless support experience by providing timely updates and assistance.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Generate references and referrals from enrolled students.
Achieve assigned referral and customer engagement targets.
Support customer retention initiatives and enhance the overall student experience.

Prior experience in Customer Support, Student Counselling, Customer Service, BPO, EdTech, or Client Relationship Management will be preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
