Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of stakeholders. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with effective communication, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with OneStream Account Reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in application design and configuration.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in OneStream Extensive Finance SmartCPM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
