Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads.
- Connect with potential clients through online and offline channels.
- Present Strykr Innovations' services professionally.
- Coordinate with the team to convert leads into successful projects.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Compensation
- Performance-Based Earnings
- Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹25,000 – ₹75,000+
- Exceptional performers can earn well above ₹75,000/month.
- If performance is below expectations, earnings may be lower.
- 5%–10% commission on every successfully closed project, depending on the project value and your contribution.
- No upper limit on earnings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Sales or business development experience is a plus (Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
