About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ERPNext Consultant Trainee to join our ERP implementation team. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about business processes, ERP systems, accounting, and technology. You will receive hands-on training in ERPNext implementation, business analysis, user support, and functional consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn ERPNext modules and business workflows.
- Understand client business requirements.
- Assist in ERPNext implementation projects.
- Configure ERPNext based on business needs.
- Prepare business requirement documents (BRD).
- Conduct master data setup and migration.
- Test configured modules and prepare UAT documents.
- Provide user training and functional support.
- Create user manuals and documentation.
- Coordinate with developers for customizations.
- Assist in ERP system deployment and Go-Live activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues.
- Support customers through ticketing systems.
- Participate in product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Continuously learn ERPNext, Frappe Framework, and business domains.
