We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for automotive batteries and chargers in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in battery/charger sales, managing distributor networks, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Qualification: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Automotive)/ MBA (In Marketing)
Experience: 2-3 years (In Marketing)
Languages Known: Regional Language & English
*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for automotive batteries and charger products in the assigned territory.
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Collaborate with marketing and service teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and problem resolution.
Requirements
- Graduate in Business/Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, battery, or energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to travel across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
