Eligibility Criteria
✔ Graduate or Undergraduate – both can apply
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in an inbound customer support process
✔ Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B customer interactions efficiently
- Manage inbound queries and provide timely resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
Work Details
Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
6 days working with rotational week off
One-side cab facility available during odd hours
Salary
Up to ₹30,000 in-hand
