Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Planning & Purchase Executive for our Industrial Automation and Special Purpose Machine (SPM) manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material procurement, vendor coordination, inventory monitoring, and ensuring timely availability of components required for machine assembly and project execution.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of industrial components, vendor management, BOM handling, scheduling, and coordination with design, electrical, mechanical, stores, and production departments.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of industrial automation and machine-building components.
- Understanding of BOM (Bill of Materials) and project planning.
- Familiarity with:
- Pneumatics and Hydraulics
- Sensors and Switches
- PLC/HMI/Drives
- Servo motors and controllers
- Electrical panels, control components, accessories
- Bearings, Motors & drives, gearboxes
- Mechanical hardware - Aluminium profiles and machine hardware
- Fasteners, cables, relays, and industrial consumables
- Industrial automation products
- Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory tracking systems.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good negotiation and communication abilities.
- Time management and multitasking capability.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Production, Industrial Engg., EEE
MBA is an added advantage.
