We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Travel Consultant – CARTS to manage air ticket issuance and post-booking operations. The role involves working closely with agents, ensuring accurate and timely ticketing, and delivering a smooth booking experience.

Handle air ticket issuance (domestic & international) through GDS/LCC portals

Verify booking details, fares, and passenger information before issuance

Manage queue handling and ensure timely processing of ticketing requests

Perform reissuance, cancellations, and refunds as per airline policies

Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for booking discrepancies

Ensure adherence to SLAs for ticketing and service delivery

Provide support to travel agents for ticketing-related queries

Maintain accuracy and minimize errors in ticket issuance
