About the Opportunity: SmartXhire is establishing partnerships with experienced independent US Healthcare Recruiters. We provide full requisition visibility, an organized digital job board, and clear candidate ownership rules so you can operate efficiently and maximize your revenue per placement.
Our active pipeline focuses on direct-hire permanent clinical roles across acute care facilities, with upcoming access to national travel nursing contracts.
What You Will Do:
- Leverage your network and sourcing channels to identify, engage, and screen qualified US RNs and healthcare clinicians.
- Validate active credentials, unencumbered state or compact (eNLC) licenses, and specialty clinical experience.
- Assemble complete submission packets (Resume, Nursys report, skills checklists, supervisory references).
- Submit candidate profiles via our centralized intake system to establish verified timestamp ownership.

Requirements:

- Reliable internet connection, phone setup, and independent sourcing tools.
- Strong self-direction and focus on candidate qualification accuracy.
