Branch Manager – Belstar Microfinance Ltd.
Belstar Microfinance Ltd., a subsidiary of Muthoot Finance, is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Branch Managers for our Kothamangalam branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall branch operations and business growth.
Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve targets.
Ensure quality customer service and portfolio management.
Drive customer acquisition and loan disbursement activities.
Monitor collections and maintain portfolio quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with customers and local communities.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Microfinance, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Candidate should possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler.
