Job Title: Education Counselor
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
- Coordinate with the training and operations team for a smooth admission process.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, telesales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
