Experience
- 10–12 Years in Manufacturing Industry
- Experience in Duct / Sheet Metal Manufacturing Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shop floor operations & manpower
- Hands-on experience in Duct / Sheet Metal Manufacturing
- Knowledge of SS Welding & Production Processes
- Handle production machinery & tools
- Ensure quality, productivity & safety compliance
- Train and guide production employees
- Monitor daily production & improve efficiency
