We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Boys Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day activities and well-being of students residing in the school hostel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor boys in the hostel.
- Maintain discipline, safety, hygiene, and proper conduct.
- Manage students' daily routine, study time, meals, and activities.
- Ensure students follow hostel and school rules.
- Monitor attendance, roll calls, and hostel movements.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, school management, and hostel staff when required.
- Handle student concerns and provide proper guidance and support.
- Report any discipline, health, safety, or other concerns to the school management.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Support students during school events, outings, and other activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation + B.P.Ed. / M.P.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Hostel Warden in a CBSE School.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong discipline and student-management skills.
- Should be responsible, patient, and approachable.
