About the Role We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Care Executive to handle order confirmations, returns, and exchanges for Titli India — a fast-growing women's ethnic wear D2C brand.
What You'll Do
- Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders before dispatch
- Handle return and exchange requests professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order processing
- Maintain basic records of call outcomes and customer interactions
- Follow up on undelivered or returned shipments when needed
What We're Looking For
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English/Gujarati is a plus)
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer queries
- Basic smartphone/computer usage
- Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is preferred but not mandatory
