Position: HR Recruiter Intern – HR Team
Location: 100% Remote (Always)
Experience: Prior experience in recruitment is a must.
Stipend: 5K to 10K
Requirements:
- Prior experience of handling the job portals & Intern sites is a must.
- Candidates with prior consulting experience is a must.
Role: Planning, strategizing & executing the end-to-end recruitment for the organization in the given deadlines.
Job responsibilities:
- Understanding the recruitment requirement from the individual departments and making the job description as required.
- Sourcing candidates from different job portals.
- Reviewing, shortlisting & lining up the candidates for the face-to-face interview after telephonic filtration.
- Conducting, coordinating the interviews and closing the position.
- Outsourcing and coordinating with consulting firms/organisations to recruit the candidates.
