Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls to schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments.
- Proactively call patients for appointment reminders, post-treatment check-ins, and follow-ups.
- Clearly explain the clinic's services, homeopathy treatments, and doctor availability to callers.
- Accurately update patient information, interaction notes, and scheduling details in clinic management system.
- Address patient concerns, complaints, or questions with empathy and professionalism.
- Call potential patients to introduce services and convert inquiries into appointments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven experience as a telecaller, customer support representative, or in a medical office setting (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, data entry.
- Strong empathy, patient-centered approach, and active listening skills.
- A BHMS doctor or a person with a Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy (D.H.P.) or a science graduate with at least one year of experience in dealing with homeopathic medicines.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
